The complaint was filed by Fazzolari's son, who told officers that his father was not responding to messages or calls, so he went to his residence and found him dead. Although it was initially reported that the death could be violent, authorities indicated that no items were missing and there were no signs of forced entry. The case is being handled by the National Contraventions and Misdemeanors Prosecution Office No. 1, which ordered the Homicide Division to take over the investigation.
